THE CONCEPT

Dear Health and Beauty Professional,

I would like to introduce you to the virtual health and beauty reception service that I set up 14 years ago. Initially designed specifically for healthcare practices, medical clinics, and health professionals, we have decided that due to demand it was time to extend our services to Beauty Salons and Practitioners.

As a busy Osteopath I used to deal with my own appointments but found it a real strain dealing with voicemails during the brief periods I had free in the day. Clients complained that I did not get back to them quickly enough, and I’m sure I missed many potential new bookings by having the phone switched to an impersonal answering machine.

I also felt I could benefit from some of the other services that virtual clinic receptionists provide, including appointment reminders and answering FAQs such as location, pricing and opening times. However, I calculated how many hours I would have to work just to pay for a full-time clinic receptionist, and the cost was too high. Nor could I find a virtual clinic appointment and reception service tailored specifically to the needs of health professionals.

Knowing that I was not alone, I decided to create a solution that would cater to the needs of myself, and other health professionals such as chiropractors, physiotherapists, and even doctors in a similar position. With the advent of broadband, I was able to develop a secure network based on diary systems, which could be viewed and updated in real time by both the individual health practitioners and our team of virtual receptionists.

This way we provide nearly all the services of a traditional receptionist, without being physically present. As a result, we now have many satisfied customers in our portfolio.

Since I started the company the services we provide have become widely used and are now an essential part of the way many health and beauty centres are run. We very much hope to be able to provide the same level of service to both you and your clients.
