- Client appointments can be booked directly into an electronic diary that we manage in conjunction with you, or, if you prefer, we can simply provide a call answering and message forwarding service. This is our entry level solution, an alternative to the diary management module.
- The electronic diary can be viewed by all practitioners remotely, via an online login.
- Messages are relayed to you via the methods you prefer: text message, email, diary message or phone call.
- Emergencies are communicated to you via the most appropriate means.
- Your virtual receptionist can call clients on your waiting list whenever there is a cancellation.
- IdealReceptionist can send appointment reminders to your clients 24 hours prior to their appointment via text message, email or phone call.
- Out of hours messages are attended to by 10am the next working day.
